There were a number of examples of your great performance. Thanks for your support with the sale of my house! You have gone "above and beyond" your call of duty to sell my property. You made an "impossible" task "possible". You were dealing with a house sale that:
1) was a short sale with Bank of America (BofA);
2) had the owner, me, living out of state, and;
3) had an investor as the buyer.
Anybody who has had to deal with a BofA short sale will tell you how cumbersome and confusing the process is. I hired a lawyer to deal with BofA and it was a complete waste of money. You, on the other hand, stayed engaged with the short sale process. You regularly contacted the bank staff, and myself, to make sure that we were navigating our way through the procedure in an appropriate and expedited manner. The entire sales took more than a year, but your attention to details, persistence, and patience is note worthy.
I am a single parent, and the sale was hard for me to deal with because I now live out of state, over 3,000 miles away. My house was empty most of the time. You took the time to check up on the house, and to make sure the high wind and freezing conditions of the Ridgecrest weather did not cause any damage to the property. Your recommendation for repairs made it possible for me to properly prepare the home for sale, as well.
The house had five to six potential buyers. You guided the final buyer/investor, and their realtor, through the confusing BofA short sale process. Your experience and knowledge in this area were very important to the buyer, as well as me, the seller.

Nobody wants to hear that their home needs work before its put on the market. However, by listening to Clint's advice, it really made a difference. The time he spent walking through the house several times to point out items that needed attention really helped make the home shine. Some items were major while others were minor. Clint demonstrated that those improvements would make a difference when selling the home. I estimated a week of hard work with painting, flooring, and repairs which increased the asking price by about 25-30 percent.
There needs to be a lot of communication through the whole selling process, and I am not an easy person to contact. But Clint was persistent enough to trace me down through various means either by email, cell, work, etc. Even though I was 2800 miles away, I felt that Clint was in Baltimore/Washington with me.
