The process will begin by me taking a look at the interior and exterior of your home. After my visit I will take the info back to my office and research recently sold, pending, and active homes in your area. I will then be able to compile a pinpoint market analysis of your home.
The criteria used to compile my CMA will be derived from the very same data that an appraiser will later use to determine the value of your home. During the escrow process a buyer's lender will request that an appraisal be performed. Thus, the results of my CMA will clearly indicate what your home will likely sell for when it is placed on the market. Within one or two days of my first visit, I will present the CMA to you. Or in some cases, I can present the CMA to you the same day.
